William "Chris" T. Christman III

William T. “Chris” Christman III, 74 years of age passed away Saturday April 13, 2024 at St. Elizabeth in Florence, Kentucky after battling lung cancer.

Chris was a self employed Real Estate Broker who proudly owned Christman Family Realtors for nearly 40 years. He absolutely loved being THE Villa Hills Specialists and making connections throughout the community. He found great joy in helping families find their right home and would give advice to anyone he thought he could help. 

Chris attended military academy in high school and then joined the United States Air Force, serving stateside during Vietnam wartime. After serving in the military, Chris moved to Northern Kentucky with his best friend and brother, Jack, and made this community his home. Chris was also proud to be a Freemason and member of the Scottish Rite of the Colonel Clay Lodge #159. 

He was the loving husband of the late Amy Christman (nee Feldkamp). Family was everything to Chris. It was important to him that friends, family and clients all knew he cared for them and that they mattered. He is the father of and survived by, son, Will Christman, daughter, Carlee (Donnie) Clark, son, Sam (Stephenie) Christman, grandsons, Louie, Vinnie and Liam Christman, Steven Neeley, Gage, Bodhi and Luke Clark. He is also survived by his siblings, Linda Christman ( Frank Ambrose), Maggie Christensen, Hoppe Christensen, Tenley Christensen,  Jack (Vickie) Tomlinson and 

Ray Christman. 

Services will be held on Thursday, April 18th at Middendorf Funeral Home in Ft. Wright, with visitation from 5p-7p and service beginning at 7pm. Please join family and friends in celebrating Chris’ life.
