William Edward Orr, 74, of Covington, KY passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Orr; children, Kenneth Orr (Kathleen) and Tiffany Colston (David); mother, Dorothy Blackwell; brothers, (the late) Phillip Orr and (the late) Terry Orr; and sisters Sandy Fleming (Daniel) and Stephanie Kendall (Phillip).
A Celebration of Life was held privately for the family.
