Robert F. Schulz

Robert F. Schulz 79 years of age of Ft. Wright passed away on Wednesday, December 16^th. Bob was the loving husband of Fran Schulz for 49 years; loving father of Matt Schulz (Michelle) and the late Chris Schulz (Kelly); loving Opa to Jackson, Ally, Ben, Evan, Stella, and Barrett; and dear brother of Rodney Schulz (Diana). Bob graduated from Eastern Kentucky State College in 1965.  He was an Industrial Arts Teacher until 1972 when his brother asked him to join the family business, Schulz and Son Jewelers.  He agreed and the word “Son” became plural and his second career as a jeweler began.  Bob loved teaching, woodworking, clocks, coaching football, people (especially children), and dogs.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 12:00pm Monday, December 28, 2020 at Middendorf Funeral Home in Ft. Wright. Service will follow at 12:00 pm. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to: Bethany Ev.
