Villa Hills

Robert B. Noll Jr., age 87, passed away peacefully at his home in Villa Hills, Kentucky on July
25, 2025. Bob raised 4 children with his wife Phyllis. Debbie Pastura (Rick), Bob Noll, III (Jane), Connie Noll and Sharon Noll. He leaves behind nine siblings and in laws, Tom and Carol Noll, James and Joan Noll, Pat Noll (sister-in-law), Fr. Dan Noll, Dot Wehrmeyer (Bob), Tony and Mary Pat Noll. A lifelong resident and pillar of the community, Bob started as GM and then became one of the proud owners and operators of Suburban Chevrolet, where his leadership and dedication left anindelible mark on Northern Kentucky’s and all of Kentucky’s automotive industry. His civic spirit was equally inspiring, he served with distinction as Chair of Council for the City of Villa Hills, championing initiatives that improved the lives of those around him. Bob's generosity extended far beyond city limits. He was a passionate volunteer for the Red Cross and lent his time and energy to the Equine Olympics, a testament to his love for the horse racing industry. Friends and family knew him best as a Master Griller—Whether it be on the shore of a lake, at a festival helping his brother and father, at the farm or in the back yard, cookouts brought joy, laughter, and unforgettable flavors to every gathering. Over the course of his lifetime, Bob’s joyful spirit and his physical resemblance to Santa allowed him to say yes on multiple occasions to serve as Santa not just at DCCH (Diocesan Catholic Children’s Home) but the Villa Hills Community as well. Known to many as Biggie, Bob leaves behind a legacy for generations through his lifelong friends and the community of families built know as “The Vacation families”. At his core, Bob was a man of deep faith rooted in his love of God and family. He and his beloved wife, Phyllis, were life-long members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Crescent Springs, where they were active members and raised their 4 children. Faith and family were the cornerstone of his life. His unwavering dedication to his family, friends and faith continued to be paramount, even to the end of his days. Bob will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs.
