Reba F. Lehman, 92, of West Covington, KY entered eternal life peacefully on September 14, 2022 with family.
Reba was the daughter of the late Samuel and Pearl Bowen of Haldeman, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred (1994), son Bud (2019), and siblings Samuel Bowen, Jr., George Bowen, Dorothy Harding, Hilderth Chandler, Evelyn Abney, Sharon Campbell, and Karen Yarnell. Reba was a homemaker, avid baker, and enjoyed watching the Reds and UK basketball. She made sure all occasions were marked with the appropriate card or favorite meal. She was a former member of St. Ann’s Church, West Covington, and a member of St. Mary’s Cathedral Parish, Covington, for 40 years where she enjoyed serving as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, a member of the Bereavement Committee, Lady’s Society, and working parish events.
She is survived by brothers Gene Bowen of Green Castle, IN, and James (Sandi) Bowen of Bloomfield, IN, brother-in-law C.E. Campbell of Spencer, IN, sister-in-law Vivian Megois, and Mary Jo Conners of Cincinnati, OH, daughter Lana Caliguri of Villa Hills, daughter-in-law Dianne Henn Lehman of Highland Heights, and sons James of Erlanger, Richard of Covington. She leaves 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, September 19, 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption, 1101 Madison Avenue, Covington, KY with Mass of Christian Burial following visitation. Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY is providing service to the family. Interment will be at St Mary’s Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY, beside her beloved Smitty.
