Paul Leonhard was born on August 11th, 1954, and passed away surrounded by family on December 3rd, 2023. Paul retired from Novalex/Duro Bag Corp. following a 47-year long career, where he was recognized for his extraordinary skill set, knowledge and work ethic. Paul is preceded in death by his father (M. Max Leonhard), mother (Mary Margaret (Dorger) Leonhard, and brother Philip M. Leonhard. He is survived by his son Jason Leonhard (Laurie), daughter Carrie (Mike) Milner, granddaughter Paris Milner, grandsons Michael and his namesake Brantley Paul Milner, step granddaughter Annalise Pretot, siblings Mary Ran, David Leonhard (Sally Lane), Margaret Leonhard, Cathy Gellert (Dan), and Linda Chaney (Kevin), as well as the love of his life Karen (Spaulding) Leonhard, and stepsons Chris Pretot and Elisha Pretot.
Paul will forever be remembered as a man who, above all else, loved his family completely, and would move mountains to support and guide them through their lives. He always smiled when he was in the presence of his family, reminding us that family is a blessing. Paul enjoyed golfing, fishing, traveling, attending his grandsons baseball games, weekends at the lake, and he was always up for a good political debate. Paul was among the greatest of friends, many of whom he knew from early childhood, and all of whom he had fun with. His wonderful sense of humor was most evident when with his family and friends. Paul was an inspiration, and bright light in the lives of everyone he touched.
