Patricia L. Zembrodt

Patricia L. Zembrodt (nee Coop), age 98, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 11, 2026 at her daughter’s residence. To many people, she was also affectionately known as “Bubbles”. Patricia was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 24, 1927 to the late Charles and Theresa Coop. In January 1952, she married the love of her life, William “Bill” Zembrodt. Sadly, Bill passed away in May 1966 due to illness. She was also preceded by her sister Marie Coop and her two sons, David and Daniel, who died at birth.

Upon her husband’s passing, she fully dedicated her life to the raising of her five children in the most steadfast and loving way.

She worked at Burnett Savings and Loan and upon retirement volunteered at St Elizabeth Hospital for 25 years.

She was a devout catholic, and a member of the St. Agnes Parish since she and her husband settled in Fort Wright, KY after their marriage in 1952.

She is survived by her five children, Charlene Zembrodt, Debbie (Dick) Mauntel, Steve (Jane) Zembrodt, Greg (Jackie) Zembrodt, and Jim (Donna) Zembrodt.

Her favorite phase in life was being the grandmother to Michael (Emily), Brian (Lindsey), Tyler, Sarah (Jeremy), Carly (Peter), Laura (Jimmy), Nick, Ryan (Grace) and Allie (Wells) as well as the great grandmother to Micah, Moses, Maddie, Greyson, Rowen, Booker, Addie and Millie.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 16th, from 10:30 am until time of Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 am at St Agnes Church. Burial will be at St. John Cemetery.
