Nancy Holyoke Kidd

Nancy Holyoke Kidd, age 76, of Villa Hills, KY passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2023.  She was a graduate of Dixie Heights High School and graduated from University of Kentucky in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  Professionally, she had a career in Human Resource Management and over the years Nancy volunteered at many places including the Red Cross, Booth Hospital, St. Elizabeth and Children’s Hospital, Women’s Republican Association, Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, Welcome House and Covington Rotary Club.  She loved to spend her spare time traveling, gardening, walking and spending time with her family and friends.  She had a lifetime love of dogs and over the years owned many.

Nancy is survived by her loving son, Henry Gunn Foster, Jr. (Amanda); grandchildren, Henry and Kate.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Margaret Holyoke; husband, Rodney Kidd.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 at Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike Ft. Wright, KY 41017) from 2:00 PM until the Memorial Service begins at 4:00 PM.  Memorial donations are suggested to the Kenton County Animal Shelter 1020 Mary Laidley Rd, Covington, KY 41017.
