Mary A. Terrell

Mary Alice Terrell (nee Gordy), age 87, passed away on July 6th, 2026. She was born in Grant County, KY on June 24th, 1939 to the late Addie and Edward Gordy. Before her retirement Mary worked as an office manager for Highland Cemetery for 40 years. Some of her hobbies included shopping, cooking, gardening and traveling. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Terrell and her siblings Orville Gordy, Maime Nantz, Leroy Gordy, Frances Cunningham, Ray Gordy, Evens Gordy and Ida Mae Gordy. She is survived by her daughters Ramona Howell and Tracey Brann (Timothy); 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren & 1 on the way, her sister Brenda Howell (Virgil) and lots of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 11th from 9-11 am at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY 41017. Service will begin at 11 am following the visitation at Middendorf Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Highland cemetery after the funeral service. Memorial donations can be made to the American Heart Association and/or the Alzheimer’s Association.
