Joan Hellmann Goessling, age 93, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Madonna Manor surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her children, Joyce Goessling Brink (Will), Rick Goessling (Mary), Stephen Goessling, Diane Goessling Albanese (Vincent), Doug Goessling (Melissa), Norb Goessling (Karla) and Eric Goessling; 17 grandchildren. Jacob Goessling, Allison Goessling Wallenhorst, Steve Goessling Jr, Mark Goessling, Sarah Flohr, Brian Goessling, Michael Albanese, Jessica Gardner, Judy McDole, Brad Goessling, Adam Goessling, Jeff Goessling, Holly Phillips, Tanner Goessling, Olivia Neumann and 26 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her dear husband Dick Goessling, Mark Goessling her son, Billy Brink, and David Brink grandchildren. Dear sister of Jeanne Kaiser, Mary Ann Wainscott(Butch), Kathy Redden (Pat), Joan was preceded in death by Don Hellmann(Doe), Judy Reinersman ( the late Bob), Sister Andrew OSB, and David Hellmann.
Joan loved spending time with her beloved family, reading, needle pointing, quilting and donating her time at The Point Arc of Northern Kentucky.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at St. Barbara Church from 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11:00 AM. Interment will immediately follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
