Mary Elaine Higgins

Mary Elaine Higgins.  Passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at the age of 82 years.  Elaine, as she was known to friends, worked for over 15 years at the John R. Green school supply company in Covington.  She loved to travel, play golf, to eat at Cracker Barrel and to go to the American Legion with friends.  Her favorite thing in the world was to spend time with her children and grandchildren.  She attended Saint Agnes Church for over 50 years.  She was preceded in death by her son, the late Michael K. Higgins.  She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Michael F. Higgins (Mick); sons, Mark (Amy) Higgins and Jeff (Dawn Sears) Higgins; grandchildren, Kendra (Chase) Stanley, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Hannah, Samantha and Olivia Higgins; great-grandchild, Addison Stanley and sister, Bettie Walpole.  Visitation is Wednesday, April 27^th from 10:00 am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am at St. Agnes Church, 1680 Dixie Hwy.  Ft.
