Mary Eileen Cassidy

Mary Eileen Cassidy, 75 years of age passed away peacefully on Saturday at Emerald Trace. As well as being loved by her family and friends, Eileen was a devoted school teacher at Blessed Sacrament and St. Antoninus and a valued team member and concert enthusiast at Riverbend Music Center. She was known for her other loves of baking (aka The Cookie Lady), Euchre, photography, and anything hot-air balloon related.

Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, John Leo and Mary Ann Cassidy (nee Hickey), and two brothers, Timothy Robert Cassidy and Thomas Michael Cassidy. She is survived by her siblings, David Leo Cassidy (Cathy), John Brennan Cassidy (Nadia Bozetti), James Kevin Cassidy, Stephen Patrick Cassidy, and Molly Mary Anne Cassidy. She was a loving aunt to several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.   Private services are being held for the immediate family. A celebration of life is being planned for a future date.
