Leonard W. "Sparky" Wilson

Leonard W. Wilson passed away Monday, July 14, 2025 at the age of 78 years old. Leonard is survived by his wife, Marianne “Annie” Wilson; children, Kevin (Amaca) Wilson, Michael Wilson and Scott (Jessica) Wilson; grandchildren, Quinton, Taelir, Landen, Adalyn, Silas and Simon; brother, Stephen (Beverly) Wilson. Lenny was a proud Marine who served in the Vietnam War, who liked to leather craft by tanning, crafting holsters, arrow quivers and jewelry. He loved the outdoors and nature, everything from hunting, fishing, shooting and conservation. He earned the 2025 S3DA National Coach of the Year by having a huge impact on the young and old whether it was through S3DA archery or the Kentucky Becoming an Outdoor Woman Program or simply listening to a great man sitting on a bench in an archery shop.
