Leonard (Len) Thomas Quinn, Villa Hills, KY, born June 28, 1933, died peacefully on July 1, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Carol (Rieselman) Quinn and their six children: Tammy Hendrixson (Andy), Kelly Hitter (Paul), Julie Ludwig (Dave), Jenny Straub (Brian), Mike Quinn (Jenny), and Amy Dye (Kenny). Also survived by grandchildren, Jim Hendrixson, Alex Berling (Brian), Trey Hitter, Ben Ludwig (Tamela), Emily Artner (Chris), Ian Straub, Riley and Peyton Quinn and great grandchildren, Logan Hendrixson, Felix Berling, Neely and Teddy Artner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Evelyn (Bankemper) Quinn along with his four siblings: Betty Darpel, Jack Quinn, Bill Quinn, and Don Quinn. Len served in the United States Army, followed by a lifelong career in banking. He was an avid golfer and sports enthusiast especially cheering on Notre Dame football and Xavier basketball. He loved to entertain his family and friends especially on St. Patrick’s Day in his Irish Pub. Len gave of his time to many boards and organizations including the Covington Cursillo Movement, St. Agnes Church, Notre Dame Academy, Covington Public Library, Be Concerned and Northern Kentucky Harvest.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5th from 4:00-7:00 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 6that 10:00 am at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, 3612 Church Street, Covington, KY.
