Kathleen L. Burk (nee Wallace), 66 years of age, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026 at St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood. Kathy was the loving wife of Greg Burk. Loving mother of Jim Welsh (Christy). Loving daughter of Prentice Wallace and Gloria Andrews. Loving grandmother of Four (Aubrey, Jackson, Sydney, Reagan). Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00pm Friday at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY 41017. Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday at 10:00 am at St. Pius X Church. Entombment will follow at Mother of God Cemetery. Memorial Donations can be made to:
American Heart Association, American Kidney Fund, or Easterseals Redwood
