Kathleen A. Forrester

Kathleen “Kathie” Ann Forrester (née Nienaber), 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 13, 2026. She was born in Covington, Kentucky, on February 28, 1945, to the late Mary and Clarence Nienaber. Before retiring, Kathleen worked as an administrative assistant for Ashley Development.

Kathie was the epitome of fun. She loved sharing a good joke and spending time with family and friends. An avid card player and wonderful cook, she brought joy and warmth to those around her. Kathie will now join Woody in heaven.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James “Woody” Forrester, who passed away in 2022, and by her sister, Eileen Settle. Kathleen is survived by her children, David (Trish) Forrester and Cassie Forrester.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at St. Agnes Church, 1680 Dixie Highway, Fort Wright, Kentucky 41011. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the church.
