Joseph Graf

December 21, 1931 — March 18, 2020

Joseph Graf passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Edgewood Kentucky, on March 18th at the age of 88. He is survived by his first and only love, Dee Graf, his loving wife of 67 years; sons Joseph Graf and John (Melissa) Graf; Sister Marion (Fred) Bilvar; Grandchildren Christopher (Hillary) and Steven Pfefferman; Great Grandchildren Fallon and Axton Pfefferman.  He is preceded in death by his daughter Julie Pfefferman.

 

Joseph was born December 21, 1931, to John and Elizabeth Graf of Cincinnati, Ohio.  He he was a devoted husband and father who greatly enjoyed spending time with family. His hobbies included woodworking, target shooting, collecting family photos and picture editing.

 

A combat veteran of the Korean war, Joseph received the Meritorious Service Medal , Combat Infantryman Badge - cited for exemplary duty in ground combat against the enemy, Expert Marksman, Sniper and various other commendations.

 

Pastor Cleddie Keith will officiate.  Flowers and condolences may be offered at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, KY 41017.
