Joan Fitzenberger Zeis

Joan Lynne Fitzenberger Zeis, 75, left us peacefully on March 22, 2019.  She leaves her husband Robert Sr.; daughters Janet Koeninger (Roger), Amy Zeis and son Robert Jr. (Jeanne Ruwe); granddaughters Emily Dault (Chris), Erin Koeninger, Hayley, Ellen, Carolynn and Andrea Zeis and great granddaughter Ava.  Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Vera and Elmer Fitzenberger; her brothers David, Ronald, Gerald and William; and her grandson Mason Deal.  She was born in Newport KY and attended Our Lady of Providence High School.  Joan was married nearly 55 years and was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchild.  Visitation from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 27^th at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pk.  Ft.
