Dylan Evan Vaughan

Dylan Evan Vaughan.  Passed away June 6, 2019 at the age of 26 years.  Dylan is survived by his parents, Carla Vaughan Zink and Scott McIntosh; sisters, Miranda (Roscoe Harold) Wright and Hayley McIntosh; grandparents, Sharon & Ray Smith and James & Anna Vaughan.  nieces & nephews, Liliana, Rory, Adalie and Dravin.  Dylan was preceded in death by his brother, the late Paul Middleton.  Visitation Thursday, June 13^th from 5:00 pm until time of service 7:00 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pk.  Ft. Wright, KY 41017.  Sympathy may be expressed by a memorial contribution to the American Heart Association or, to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
