Cecilia Ann Small

Cecilia Ann Small was born on December 4, 1971 to Thomas G. & Margaret Jackson.  She passed away peacefully on Monday, September 25, 2023 surrounded by family.  Cecilia is survived by her husband, Brian Small and children, Chris (Sarah) Hughes and daughter, Cassie (Tim) Pelzel.  Mother, Margaret Jackson. She is also survived by her siblings, Teri (Dan) Stricker, Helen (Tom) Schwab, Patrick (Jackie) Jackson and Mark (Donna) Jackson.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Hunter and Logan.  Visitation will be Thursday, October 5^th from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pk.  Ft.
