Carolyn Faye Ashcraft

Carolyn Faye Ashcraft passed from this life on December 5, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack; her sons, Mark, Joe, and Tracy; and her siblings, Elmer and Margie. Her passion in life was her family. From impromptu visits and holiday gatherings to trips and trivia times, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to feed them. She was also, at times, unwittingly silly. Stories of her walking into a screen door and earning the "meat chef" nickname are fondly remembered. She took great pride in her family, and her children and grandchildren will never forget all the good times spent in her kitchen (and enjoying shared treats from her infamous candy drawer).Carol is survived by her children, Linda (Steve), Jack (April), and Robyn (Brent); grandchildren, Mark, Alisha (Ryan), Erika (Brad), Aaron, Gabrielle (Chris), and Sara; great grandchildren, Lance (Tressie), Rowan, Persephone, and Petra; treasured nephew, Tony (Honore), as well as several other nieces and nephews. The Ashcraft family asks that you honor her memory by sharing a kind word, a hug, or a sweet treat with a loved one.
