Betty Jane Landwehr

Betty Jane Landwehr (nee Wilkerson), age 77, passed away on August 6th, 2025. She was born on September 22nd, 1947 in Louisville, KY to the late Zora and Edward Wilkerson. Betty worked as a bookkeeper throughout a wide variety of industries before her retirement. She is survived by her loving husband Dennis W. Landwehr and their children Mitchell Avery Landwehr (Karen) and Tracy Brooke Landwehr. She is also survived by her six grandchildren Austin Landwehr, Matthew Landwehr, Daniel Landwehr, Claire Landwehr, Tracy Moore and Bryce Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents Zora and Edward Wilkerson; and her brother Jack Wilkerson. She leaves behind many friends who will miss her friendship. She was a longtime member of Lakeside Christian Church under the leadership of Pastor John Russell. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th, 2025 from 1-4 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY 41017. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th, 2025 at 8:30am at Middendorf Funeral Home. Burial will take place at KY Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY at 10am following the funeral service.
