Ashlee Ranell Landrum, 43 years of age, passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, on Sunday, September 24. Ashlee was the loving and devoted mother of Kryton Johnson; loving daughter of Pam Fausz (nee Wainscott) (Dave) and Randy Landrum (Julie Carter). Ashlee will be remembered by those who knew her for her kindness to others, her positive spirit, and the grace with which she handled her many medical challenges over the past few years. She loved music, movies, dance, travel and beach vacations, but her favorite activity was raising Kryton to be a strong, kind, loving young man. Ashlee attended Simon Kenton High School and was a graduate of Oneida Baptist Institute. She later attended Beckfield College and was proud to attain her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences, after which she worked for St. Elizabeth as a Registered Nurse. Ashlee was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Milford and Marcella Wainscott, paternal grandparents Elwood Landrum and Faye Smith, and stepbrother CSM Wayne Fausz. She is survived by her son, parents, and stepbrother Davy Fausz (Emily) of Chandler, Arizona. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, Independence, KY. Service will be at Noon. Entombment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery Mausoleum.
