Arthur R. "Cotton" Smith

Arthur R. “Cotton” Smith passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at the age of 75 years old. Cotton was preceded in death by his parents, the late Arthur J. & Ruth E. Smith and a sister, the late Sandra Smith Frommeyer. He is survived by his wife, Diane Bertke Smith; son, Benjamin Bertke Smith (Jessica); grandsons, Derek, Blake, Logan and Luke Smith; sister, Patty Smith Gibson, his nephews and many great nieces and nephews. The visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th from 2:00 pm until time of memorial service at 4:00 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home 3312 Madison Pk. Ft. Wright, KY 41017.
