Violet L. Prinz

Violet L. Prinz (nee Ruef), 97, of Latonia, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2016 at Providence Pavilion. She was a retired salesclerk with Shillito’s Department Store. During her free time, Violet enjoyed being a Girl Scout leader in Latonia. She is survived by her daughter, Judith (David Landers), of Florence, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Prinz in 1976, and brothers William Ruef, Elmer Ruef and Alben Ruef and sisters Clarabelle Fletcher and Lorna Wilde. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 8, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at MIDDENDORF FUNERAL HOME, 3312 MADISON PIKE, FT. WRIGHT, KY 41017. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery.
