Wayne W. Hoffman, loving husband of Carolyn L. Hoffman (nee Donaldson). Dear brother of Sr. Jean Marie Hoffman S.N.D. . Dear uncle to several nieces and nephews and great niece and nephews. Wayne was a Vietnam Army Veteran and a retired truck driver. Passed away Tuesday at Madonna Manor Care Center at 73 years of age. Visitation Saturday from 9:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial 10:00am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial St. John Cemetery. Middendorf Funeral Home Ft. Wright are handling the arrangements.
