Dominic Anthony Conrad passed away on May 18th, 2016. He leaves behind his loving parents, Anthony and Alicia Conrad; great-grandparents, Bernice Conrad, Ronald and Jean West; grandparents, Lisa McDonald, Stephen and Kathleen Conrad; uncles, Mike Legg and Peter Conrad; aunts, Claire Conrad and Kayla Conrad; cousins, Zachary Legg, Tyler Legg, Alexis Legg, Abigail Conrad and Rebecca Conrad. Visitation will take place on June 4th, 2016 at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption in Covington, KY from 9 AM until a Memorial Mass begins at 10 AM. Middendorf Funeral Home in Ft.
