Sara Kathryn Kennedy

Sara Kathryn Kennedy (Nee Fischer), age 74, of Lakeside Park, KY passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.  She was a retired Medical Technologist (ASCP), a Certified Master Gardner and graduate of both Notre Dame Academy and Thomas More College.   Sara is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Thomas J. Kennedy; children, Amy K. Neltner, Joe Kennedy and Jenny Roose (Thom); siblings, Carol Smith (Steve), Joe Fischer (Kathy) and Beth Rogers; grandchildren, Ellen Neltner, Abby Neltner, Jacob Roose and Makayla Roose; she also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Blessed Sacrament Church from 9 AM until Mass of Christian Burial begins at 10 AM.  Interment will immediately follow at St. Mary Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested in her name to: Notre Dame Academy 1699 Hilton Drive, Park Hills, Kentucky 41011.
