Samuel H Witherup

Samuel H. Witherup passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017.  Sam is survived by his loving wife, Kathy; daughter, Julie and her husband Joe; siblings, William and Corinna; and grandchildren, Ian and Autumn.  Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Lakeside Park, KY from 10 AM until the Funeral Service begins at 12 noon.  Interment will immediately follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Lymphoma Society, Donor Service, PO Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202
