Ada Culotta, age 87, of Crescent Springs, KY passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017. She was a retired waitress at the Fort Mitchell Country Club and a member of St. Joseph Church in Crescent Springs. Ada enjoyed playing the slot machines at the casino and loved spending time with her family. Ada was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Audrey Gay. She is survived by her son, Mike Culotta (Claudia Patrick), grandchildren, Angie Wenstrup (Greg) and Aimee Culotta; great-grandchildren, Kiernan, Piper and Michael Wenstrup. A private family service will take place at Middendorf Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 and interment will follow at Highland Cemetery.
