Jason Michael Walker, 41, of Independence, Kentucky, born on November 28, 1976 in Covington, Kentucky passed away at his home on Saturday, March 10, 2018.
Jason was preceded in death by his mother, Debra Cormeir.
He is survived by his father, Joseph Walker and many friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Memorials in Jason’s memory are appreciated to the American Kidney Foundation.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 11-1 p.m. at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pike, Fort Wright, Kentucky. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky.
