Wilbur Jay Mize

Wilbur Jay Mize, age 82, of Goshen, OH (formerly of Independence, KY) passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 1, 2018.  Jay is survived by his sons, Richard Mize (Denise) and Randy Mize (Mary); siblings, Elva Mack, Clinton Mize and Faye Brown; grandchildren, Ryan Mize, Jeremy Mize, Joshua Mize, Megan Kuhlman, Brandon Burt, Gerald Burt, Stephanie Turner, Joseph Slusser, Cassandra Dillon, Brian Turck and Rachael Amis; 11 great-grandchildren.  Jay was preceded in death by his loving wife, Martha Lorita Mize (2008).  Visitation will take place on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike Ft. Wright, KY 41017) from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Service begins at 12:00 noon.  Interment will immediately follow at Independence Cemetery.
