Sharon Sue Phelps

Sharon Sue Phelps, 63, of Walton, KY, widow of Walter Donald Phelps, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at her residence with her loving family by her side. She was born in Covington, KY on December 7, 1954 to the late Howard and Nancy Hornsby Scudder. Sharon was a homemaker; her greatest joy was caring for her family. Survivors include one daughter, Victoria Bennett; two sons, Eugene Phelps (Gina) and Chester Phelps (Michele) all of Walton; seven grandchildren, Brittany Phelps, Cody Phelps, Haiden Phelps, Chase Phelps, Landen Walter Phelps, Audrey Phelps, Joseph Bennett; three great-grandchildren, McKenzie Marie Phelps, Jaxon Combs, Luke Combs; one brother, Jim Scudder; one sister, Charlotte Martin. In addition to her loving husband and her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Scudder and a sister. Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:00PM, on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike, Ft. Wright, KY. 41017). Visitation will be held from 10:00AM until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mother of God Cemetery.
