George "Louie" Cheesman

George “Louie” Cheesman, age 84, of Fort Mitchell, KY passed away peacefully on July 9, 2018.  He leaves behind his loving wife, Mary Cheesman of Ft. Mitchell, KY; children, Keith Cheesman (Mary Patrice) of Villa Hills, KY, Brenda Wimberg (Thomas) of Anderson Township, OH and Steven Cheesman (Beth) of Ft. Mitchell, KY; brother, Glenn Cheesman of Galion, OH; grandchildren, Caroline, Patrick, Maggie, Bill, Daniel, Andy, Ali, Nick and Annie.  Louie is preceded in death by his sister, Jean Zahn (Bucyrus, OH) and granddaughter, Mary Margaret Wimberg.  Louie was a long time member of Blessed Sacrament Parish, Knights of Columbus and Fort Mitchell Country Club.  Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Blessed Sacrament Church from 9:00 AM until Mass of Christian Burial begins at 10:00 AM.  Inurnment will immediately follow at St. Mary Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be sent to St. Elizabeth Cancer Center:  St. Elizabeth Foundation 1 Medical Village Dr. Edgewood, KY  41017 and/or St. Elizabeth Hospice 483 S Loop Rd, Edgewood, KY 41017 and/or Hoxworth Blood Center 3130 Highland Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45219.  Middendorf Funeral Home is serving the family; online condolences can be left at www.middendorf-funeralhome.com
