Eric is survived by his loving parents, Eddie and Carol Carr; sisters, Shannon Car and Candy Black; children, Zane and Ciann and 3 nieces. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Service begins at 12 noon at Middendorf Funeral Home (3312 Madison Pike Ft. Wright, KY 41017).
